Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (job posting to onboarding).
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
- Assist with employer branding activities and campus recruitment drives.
- Support general HR operations whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
