Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and manage content calendars, coordinate with design teams, and publish content regularly.
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Support SEO/SEM activities, keyword research, and website traffic optimization.
  • Work on email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
  • Manage analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and editorial teams for campaign alignment.
  • Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
  • Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities when required.
  • Maintain brand communication guidelines across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content coordination skills.
  • Creativity and ability to work with design/content teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or creative tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar platforms are preferred.
  • Internship experience in digital marketing or social media management is an added advantage.
