HR Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles (job posting to onboarding).
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
  • Assist with employer branding activities and campus recruitment drives.
  • Support general HR operations whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
