We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
- Support the design and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Assist in performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are followed consistently.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Foster a positive work culture and act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Stay updated with HR trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (or internship experience) in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (HRMS, ATS, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A proactive, people-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
